Claimbrook brings together NHTSA recall campaigns, owner complaint counts, crash-test ratings, and FuelEconomy.gov figures. Pages explain what each number covers and, just as importantly, what it cannot tell you about one vehicle.
Our principles
- Identify the government source and update context.
- Separate allegations from agency findings.
- Do not turn record counts into an invented safety, buying, or insurance score.
- Exclude complaint narratives, vehicle identification numbers, and source contact details from public pages.
- Correct material errors when reliable source evidence supports a change.
Independence
Claimbrook is not NHTSA, DOE, EPA, a vehicle manufacturer, dealer, repair facility, insurer, or insurance agent. No source or company named on the site endorses Claimbrook. The current release has no paid ranking or sponsored placement.
Accessibility and corrections
We welcome reports about inaccurate data, broken pages, and accessibility barriers. Include the page address, a short explanation, and any supporting government-source link. Do not email a vehicle identification number or other sensitive personal information.
